Physical measurement for 1122.

·         Running: for males below 30 years of age: in 10 minutes 1 mile

·         Running: for males more than 30: 1 mile in 12 minutes.

·         Sits up and pushes up only for males 25 in one minute.

·         Height for male applicants is 5 feet and 4 inches and 5 feet for females.

·         Chest only for males is 33 inches.

The selected applicants after completing all procedures will be sent to the national emergency service academy Lahore for 4 months of training.
